Facebook Messenger CRM Integration

This integration is operated by CÔNG TY TNHH EGO AGENCY. It receives messages sent by customers to Facebook Pages managed by our company and transfers the messages through Make.com to our private Notion CRM.

The integration may process message content, Page-Scoped User ID, name, profile picture, locale, gender, attachments and message timestamps. This information is used solely for customer support, conversation management and appropriate communication with customers.

We do not sell customer information or use it for unrelated advertising purposes. Access to stored information is restricted to authorized staff.
